Sowing the seeds time- of hard work on Zain Flagship building's design- has begun. This high- rise buildingat Al Amarat area -overlooking 15th street-is comprised of seven levels resting on the ground floor; dedicated to an interactive customer experience showroom.
A building with a distinctive design and expressive statements was created, in response to client’s requirements. It was given an eye-catching character which reflects Zain’s branding identity.
Project BUA is 5,594 sqm, on 862 sqm plot.
The building mass is consisting of eight boxes, stacked on top of each other at two different angles; covered by textured blue glass with a digital screen in the roof floor.
Tekno Consultancy’s design and engineering disciplines, collaborated and coordinated this master piece, and efficiently implemented Holistic Design Approach methodology- which resulted in a design with effective solutions and creative ideas.
