Tekno participated with a modern yet Islamic style, to blend with cultural and social context of Sudan..The building's massing was based on a combination of triangular prisms, with different heights accommodating different functions.
Car parking is provided on two basement levels, while the ground, and first floors contain a shopping center which is used to finance printing of the Holy Quraan.
The eastern portion of the 2nd, and 3rd floors accommodate a 600 seat conference hall. The upper floors provide an open plan office space, while the top level of the highest triangular block is a first class restaurant overlooking Khartoum city.
