This magnificent project was initiated by the General Authority of Islamic Affairs
& Endowments, Awqaf; of Abu Dhabi, UAE. The project’s site area is 119, 335 sqm.
It consists of four zones, serving healthcare, education, retail & residential sectors. It is located in Omdurman, in close proximity to Omdurman Islamic University.
The healthcare zone, accommodates a general hospital of 100-135 bed capacity, of 4,800 sqm BUA. It is equipped with eight specializations, outpatient clinics, diagnostics, emergency as well as a 25 bed maternity department, with full staff facilities. Design follows international healthcare standards. Eco friendliness and cost effectiveness, played a magnificent role in the design. The hospital has its own parking zone allowing for 252 parking lots.
Our goal is transforming healthcare spaces into more humane and meaningful environments that can act as catalysts leading patients into a conscious process of inner healing and mental peace. The endeavour is to create a congenial feeling and a sense of hope and confidence among the patients and visitors by offering home like spaces in the healthcare settings.
