This project was done jointly with Urbanisma, Malaysia.
The proposed development is a mixed development which is divided into two main components, the residential development comprising of villas, townhouses, apartments, community facilities, horse riding club and a mosque; while the commercial component comprises of 18-hole championship golf course and a 5 star resort hotel.
The main focus of the proposed development is to provide tourism facilities and holiday retreats.
This is in line with the main objectives of the UAE leadership, to turn the country into a global tourism destination.
