The Complex is located in Marjan Island in the Emirate of Ras Al kaimah, United Arab Emirates. The buildings have approximated a gross built area of 30000 square meters. The floor and roof systems consist of 300mm thick post tension flat slab supported on reinforced concrete columns. The columns are supported by 1500mm thick raft-pile foundation, the piles are 600,700 and 800mm diameter.
