Zain Corporate Building is an office building located in Street No 25, Al-Amarat, Khartoum; accommodating one of Zain’s major activities. The new building design is consisted of basement + ground + four floors. Based on the client brief requirements, the building is accommodated by Zain Corporate departments spread through the floors. Site area is 954.96 m², with 5587.5 m² BUA .
Project design drivers were Zain’s branding identity core values ; radiant, transparent, and next generation leading to a wonderful world.
Facades have been refined by adding GRC panels in scattered directions reflecting the dynamic digital world with the active digital industry progress. Louvers are used at ground floor and part of the roof level. An edge element at the top of the build defining its volume is utilized to serve as aesthetical and building mark element for Zain facilities.
A digital façade is used at the corner of the top of the building. The glazed curtain wall is creating the building envelope, which includes windows for natural lighting and ventilation.
