The project is composed of three main zones, chalets, recreation and amenities distributed along a curvilinear spine. An organic formation of light structures provides an interesting and relaxing atmosphere on Khasm Al Girba Dam Lake.
The resort provides a marina and water sports as well as indoor sports facilities, multi-purpose halls,spas;in addition to cafes and restaurants; on a total built up area of 32,120 sqm.
The projects is intended to be a tourist attraction funded by Kassala State.
